1. Product Overview
The surgical microscope is a high-precision optical imaging device designed for microsurgical operations. Equipped with a stereoscopic microscopic imaging system featuring high magnification and high definition, it delivers a stable, lifelike magnified visual field to surgeons during complex and delicate surgical procedures. Widely adopted in neurosurgery, ophthalmology, otorhinolaryngology, stomatology, microsurgical reconstructive surgery and other disciplines, it serves as an indispensable fundamental piece of equipment for modern precise surgical operations.
Technical Specifications
Magnification SystemThe total magnification is 12.5X. The main lens body supports three variable magnification levels: 5.3X, 8X and 12X to accommodate various surgical observation requirements.
Working Distance & Object DistanceStandard object distance: 200 mm; actual working distance: 190 mm, which ensures comfortable operating space during surgery.
Field of ViewThree optional field-of-view diameters are available: φ37 mm, φ25 mm and φ16.7 mm to meet demands for different observation precision levels.
Diopter & Interpupillary Distance AdjustmentIt supports diopter adjustment of ±6D. The binocular interpupillary distance is adjustable from 50 mm to 80 mm, fitting the visual habits of different surgeons.
Observation Angle AdjustmentThe lens tube can be adjusted from 0° to 180°, allowing surgeons to flexibly adjust the viewing angle under various operating postures.
Imaging & Display SystemEquipped with a 1080-line high-definition camera system for image and video recording. A 6–9 inch high-brightness LCD monitor is fitted to display delicate details of the surgical field.
Illumination SystemA 12V/100W cold light source is adopted to deliver bright and uniform illumination over the surgical field. An optional LED light source with a service life of ≥30,000 hours is available for cost-effective long-term operation.
Mechanical Structure & Lifting SystemOverall unit height: 870 mm. The height can be adjusted between 700 mm and 1100 mm to flexibly match operating tables of different heights.
Imaging Performance & ResolutionMinimum resolvable dimension: 0.2 μm. It supports 1X imaging magnification to satisfy visual requirements for minimally invasive and ultra-precise surgeries.
Equipment Weight & Safety StandardsTotal equipment weight: 41 kg with a stable mechanical structure. It complies with safety requirements for Class I medical electrical equipment specified in Chinese National Standard GB9706.1—2007.
High-resolution stereomicroscopic imaging system delivers authentic and reliable 3D visual information.
Continuous zoom optical system enables smooth magnification switching for different surgical phases.
Coaxial illumination design ensures even and stable lighting for deep cavities and narrow surgical sites.
Motorized focusing and motorized zoom control meet the demands for fast, precise manipulation during surgery.
Multi-degree-of-freedom balanced arm structure allows flexible positioning and stable hovering.
Supports image capture and video output for teaching, demonstration and surgical documentation.
Neurosurgery: Microsurgical dissection and resection of delicate structures in brain and spinal cord.
Ophthalmology: Microsurgical procedures for cataract, retina and fundus lesions.
Otorhinolaryngology (ENT): Surgeries on tiny structures including middle ear, vocal cord and nasal cavity.
Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery: Microroot canal therapy and delicate suturing operations.
Microsurgical Reconstructive Surgery: High-precision microsurgical anastomosis of blood vessels and nerves.
Adopts high-quality achromatic optical system optimized via precise assembly and alignment craftsmanship. Even under high magnification, it effectively suppresses chromatic aberration and optical aberration, delivering outstanding imaging clarity, layered resolution and true color reproduction for surgical fields.
The coaxial illumination system works in tandem with high-brightness cold light sources to provide uniform, stable lighting for deep or narrow surgical cavities. It greatly reduces shadow and reflection interference, and improves the distinguishability of tiny structures and tissue boundaries.
The multi-joint balanced arm paired with an electric control system enables rapid positioning and stable hovering of the microscope during surgery. It effectively eliminates equipment drifting and eases physical fatigue of surgeons during long-duration operations.
Continuous zoom and motorized focusing allow smooth switching of observation magnification and focal planes intraoperatively. It avoids field-of-view interruption caused by frequent manual adjustments, greatly improving the continuity and safety of microsurgical procedures.
Highly integrated imaging, display and recording system supports real-time image output, data storage and playback analysis, meeting diverse demands including clinical teaching, surgical review and remote demonstration.
